We were founded back in 2017 by Mark Higgins, to be a place where anyone can come and get a great workout. We want you to leave feeling better than ever. Showing up can be the hardest part. ABOUT MARK
Mark represented the Irish Triathlon Team for 5 years during 1996 - 2001. During that time he raced many International Triathlon Union races including the ITU World Championships and the ETU European Championships. In 2001 he decided to go back to college and became a Physical Therapist
Upon moving to the US in 2005 he become a Licensed Massage Therapist, Sports Performance Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer.
MY STORY
Train With the Best
I have been involved in fitness for as long as I can remember. From almost qualifying for the inaugural Olympic Triathlon in the 2000 Sydney Olympics to standing on podium in the Beijing Olympics sharing in the gold medal victory with the US Women's Soccer Team. In 2009 I decided to start back racing Triathlon and concentrated in Long Distance Triathlons. I have raced countless Ironman 70.3s, Marathon and Full Ironman Races. Qualifying 3 times for Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii, 70.3 World Championships, ITU World Triathlon Championships and the world famous Boston Marathon

1st Place Overall 2013 Half Ironman Effingham (*Course Record)
2nd Place Overall 2013 Galena Triathlon
1st 2016 Route 66 Half Ironman (*Course Record)
5th Place In age group 2015 ITU World Championship
9th Place Overall 2015 Louisville Ironman
2nd place 2017 in Ironman Mont Tremblant
3rd place 2019 Ironman Chattanooga
